At GrowWithRupee, we are committed to providing exceptional matchmaking services and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Note: GrowWithRupee's services are primarily result-oriented, not outcome-guaranteed. Our commitment is to provide quality introductions based on your preferences, but we cannot guarantee that you will find a life partner within a specific timeframe.
1. Cancellation and Cooling-Off Period
We understand that circumstances may change after you sign up for our services. Therefore, we offer the following cancellation terms:
- 48-Hour Cooling-Off Period: If you cancel within 48 hours of signing the service agreement and before any matchmaking services have commenced, you are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee of ₹5,000.
- Pre-Service Cancellation: If you cancel after the 48-hour cooling-off period but before your profile has been created or any matchmaking has begun, you may receive a 70% refund of the service fee.
To initiate a cancellation during these periods, you must submit a written cancellation request via email to contact@growwithrupee.com with the subject line "Service Cancellation Request."
2. Refund Eligibility After Service Commencement
Once our matchmaking services have commenced (including profile creation, matching, or introductions), refund eligibility is determined as follows:
2.1 Partial Refund Conditions
You may be eligible for a partial refund under the following circumstances:
- Within 30 Days: If you are dissatisfied with our services within 30 days of commencement and have received fewer than 2 introductions, you may request a 50% refund of the service fee.
- Relocation: If you need to relocate outside our service areas for professional reasons (with proper documentation) within 3 months of service commencement, you may receive a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of your service.
- Medical Conditions: If a serious medical condition (with physician documentation) prevents you from participating in the matchmaking process, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on the unused portion of your service.
2.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- If you have received more than 3 introductions through our service
- If you have been using our services for more than 90 days
- If you have found a partner through our services or elsewhere
- If you have misrepresented personal information (age, marital status, etc.)
- If you repeatedly reject suitable matches that align with your stated preferences
- If you fail to attend scheduled introductions without adequate notice
- If you violate any terms in our Terms and Conditions or service agreement
3. Refund Process and Timelines
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a written refund request to contact@growwithrupee.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your full name, contact information, and detailed reason for the refund request
- Attach any relevant documentation supporting your request (medical certificates, relocation proof, etc.)
All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible
- Bank charges or payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refund amount
4. Membership Transfers and Credits
In lieu of a refund, we may offer the following alternatives at our discretion:
- Service Extension: Additional service time may be provided at no extra cost
- Service Upgrade: Enhancement of your current service package
- Service Pause: Temporary suspension of your service (up to 3 months) due to travel or personal circumstances
- Service Transfer: In exceptional cases, you may transfer your remaining service to another eligible individual (subject to a transfer fee and our verification process)
5. Special Considerations for Premium Packages
Our Diamond and Platinum packages have the following special refund considerations:
- Diamond Package: Includes a 90-day satisfaction review. If you have received fewer than 4 quality introductions during this period, you may request a service review and potential partial credit toward additional services.
- Platinum Package: Includes a 60-day satisfaction review. If you have received fewer than 3 quality introductions during this period, you may request a service review and potential partial credit toward additional services.
6. Event and Workshop Refunds
For exclusive events, workshops, and networking galas:
- Full refund if canceled 7 or more days before the event
- 50% refund if canceled 3-6 days before the event
- No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the event
- Event tickets may be transferable to another eligible individual with prior written approval
7. Changes to Refund Policy
GrowWithRupee reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website with a new effective date. The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your service purchase will apply to your transaction.
